✨UPDATED✨ • ADMIN HOURS • We have introduced Admin hours to our business as we are becoming very busy! As many who have booked with us will know how fast our response time usually is for enquiries. Because of this I’m finding myself always on my phone and spending less time away from it instead of being present with my family. Our Admin hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm Saturday: 8.30am - 1pm Sunday: 8.30am - 11am Public Holidays: Admin usually closed. • OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS: Any messages that come through outside of these hours will be responded to during the admin hours. • URGENT: If you require urgent assistance please subject it as urgent and I will get back to you as soon as possible. • EVENTS / CURRENT BOOKINGS: Any events that are held outside these hours will still be able to reach me with a fast response time. The most common argument is “why so expensive? It’s only balloons.” Yes, they may be just balloons BUT we use only the best quality of balloons which mean the prices are quite high. No Temu, Etsy or Kmart balloons here. Only QUALITY! What you also don’t see on your quote/ Invoice is the time it takes for one person to prep all the balloons for your special event… yes 1 person, only I🙋🏼‍♀️ this can take a few hours depending on how many events are booked in. The Load in, travel to your venue, the set up, calling your venues a head of time to organise a set up time, the 1-2hrs of set up, the emails back and forth to make sure colours of your choosing are correct, ordering stock, research for inspiration to ensure I am prepared with a design for the event. So much goes into “just balloons”, we pride ourselves to make sure not only are we happy with the final result but so you are too! We want you to be WOWED walking into your event🎈 They aren’t “just balloons”, it’s a mother running a business who has a love and passion for what she does and helping to create cherished memories for your events with your fabulous balloons🎈
